All payment information is stored by Stripe, our payment processor. This is the highest level of security certifications in the payment processing industry.

Artificial Intelligence Use Disclosure.

The Platform uses the OpenAI tool and large language model (“AI”) to analyze user-provided content (“User Content”) to provide results/output related to your inquiry. User Content is shared from the Platform and analyzed by AI. The results are not reviewed by a human before being presented to you. By using our Services, you consent to the use of your User Content that you input into the Platform for these purposes.

The Company does not share your username, email address, first name, last name, phone number, payment or financial information, passwords or authentication credentials with any AI tool or platform. See our Terms for any additional information and disclosures regarding AI use.

RETENTION POLICY

The time periods for which we retain information we collect depend on the purposes for which we use it.
